About Train with Intent
Train With Intent was founded in 2024, but my fitness journey began in 2019 when I was 60–70 pounds overweight, struggling mentally and physically. I knew I needed to change. I learned proper form, technique, nutrition, and macro tracking to lose fat and build muscle. With consistency and discipline, I went from 230 pounds to 170 before adding 15-20 pounds of lean muscle. That showed me fitness is more than looks — it’s a lifestyle and mindset of discipline and perseverance. Inspired to help others, I earned my ISSA certification, worked years in commercial gyms, then built Train With Intent. Today I specialize in hypertrophy/bodybuilding, nutrition, macros, strength, mobility, and sustainable changes for confident, long-term results.
